Little Helper

For the past week we have had a personal chef in the house. It is great having mom and dad here but it would be even better if the baby was here, too. Thursday at 7:00am we go in for the big event! We will keep everyone posted.

Thanks Bjarnson Family

We got a huge box from Tracey today. It was filled with a ton of goodies. First sight of this dress and Sophie wanted to wear it. Thank you for the princess wand. It kept her busy all night.

The Children's Museum

Sophie is finally potty trained and her big reward was a trip to Baltimore. We went to Port Discovery. It is made for small children that is for sure, Matt was bored after 10 minutes.

Finally Warm Weather...For Now

At 8:30 this morning Sophie was ready to head outside.
Our next door neighbor drives a school bus and parks in front of her house during the day. Sophie had a chance to check it out.

New Dress

We went to Gettysburg PA yesterday and hit the outlet mall. I got this dress for 3 dollars. Sophie thought it looked like a princess dress.

Our first visitors

Uncle Bill and Aunt Susan came by for the afternoon and dinner. It is going to be great to have them close. Sophie really enjoyed their company.

New Haircut

I decided to cut Sophie's hair before the baby comes so I don't have to do pig tails everyday. She was very good while it was being cut so she got to go to the Dollar Store. We bought a new princess crown and a scarf.

One Big City

We took a trip to downtown Baltimore to go to opening day at the zoo. It was free and the whole city was there to enjoy. Sophie and I waited in line at the bathroom for 40 mins. We saw one sleeping polar bear, some flamingos, and 3 prairie dogs. Then we went home. Sophie loved the zoo characters and just stood next to them and held their hands till we said it was time to go. Good thing she is two and still had a good time. It was about as much fun as going to the dentist for Matt and I.

First Day of Preschool

Sophie started the YMCA preschool today. She will go every Friday till June.

They celebrated Dr. Suess' birthday. Sophie said she had a great time except a boy pushed her face. I told her to stay tough and be nice. She told me next time she will make sure and be really nice so she doesn't have to sit on the quiet chair. She hasn't told me yet why she had to sit there.
