Sophie's Luau Birthday Party

 Sophie's Seventh Birthday

Five girls from school:  Ruby, Abby, Natalie, Danielle, Hailey, and Dina and one from church, Skyer.

The Boise weather had other plans for our Hawaiian Luau, but we made due.  And everybody seemed to have a rip roarin time!



Camping Amusement

Perfect end to a great 24 hour camping trip

we all scream for ice cream!!

homemade ice cream

1 gallon size Ziploc

1 sandwich size

2 tbs sugar

1 cup half/half

1/2 tsp vanilla

ice

1/2 cup salt

Fill gallon bag half with ice and salt

Pour sugar, half/half, and vanilla in sandwich bag

Put little bag in big bag with ice and salt

SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE

for about 5 or 7 minutes

Sophie and Quincy were hiking ahead of us and this guy luckily crossed the trail after them but before us.
