Sunday Best

state farm office and $1 baseball game

One of the coolest events in Boise-Twilight Criterium

Coolest bike race!  They block off the downtown city streets and race at full speed around and around.  We had a great spot to watch the action.  Right on the corner and just enough sprinkling rain to equal lots of crashes.

Not only do they crash then they get mad at each other for crashing.  I guess when there is a big prize money and bikers from around the world its all business.

Red Fish Lake-Sawtooth Mountains

Beautiful Idaho Mountains

Our great friend Jennifer and two girls joined us on our trip and she bought her canoe.

To finish the trip we stopped at Caters of the Moon.

Fun times!

Sophie the Idaho State Champion

Sophie ran the 400 meter dash at the Idaho State Hershey's Track and Field Meet in Rexburg.  She placed first out of nine 7-8 year old girls from all over the state.  She ran a personal best of 1.25!

Sophie's baptism

June 30, 2012 was a very special day for Sophie.  She was baptized a memeber of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and given the gift of the Holy Ghost.  Her dad baptized her by the power of the preisthood.  She was glowing and beautiful.  She had prepared herself and was ready.  Sophie is a great big sister and a huge help around the house.  She has many friends and is kind to everybody.
We love you, Sophie Marie!
