New Year Events

On new year's eve day the wind was crazy. Trash cans and Christmas decorations were flying everywhere. Our shopping cart almost blew away with Quincy and all our groceries . Well, our plans were to attend a party at our friends home with several other families that night, but the wind had other plans. It knocked the power out at their home and so we moved the party to our home!

On new year's day we all got up and bundled up tight (20 degrees with a wind chill). Matt had planned a new year's day run for Matt Boles. You can read the article from our paper.

Nice article. Though I'm sure the locals are completed confused by "splits with the missionaries." (Is it some sort of gymnastic program the missionaries run...?) I see the famous "Jensen Hot Wings" were on the menu for New Years! Looks like a fun time!- Jamie
