Scholar Dogs

This is Matt, State Farm Insurance Agent and Owner and Operator of the Scholar Dogs hot dog cart.  Matt's obsession with universities has always got him thinking:  How can I visit college campuses all year long?  So he thought I will start mobile hot dog carts catered to the busy, cheap college student.  Well, in theory its great but he had to test his hypothesis.  Here he is at Boise State University testing the market!
