2011 Track Season

Sophie ran track this year for the Team Idaho.  She practiced twice a week at Boise High School with some super amazing coaches.  8 Thursdays in a roll she had meets.  She ran the 100m and 400m and sometimes the 200m.  Quincy got to participate in the 50m dash.  We all had a good time cheering!

The 400m is one lap around the track and it is tough when you are running your hardest.
